Order Processing
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from purchase. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will start processing on the following business day.
Example - An order placed on Saturday will start processing Monday and will leave our warehouse by Wednesday. We do our best to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Track Your Shipment
A shipment confirmation with tracking information will be sent to your email once the package has been scanned in by the carrier. Oftentimes the packages are scanned late at night.
OUR RETURN POLICY
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit. Items outside of this time period cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a defective item or your order is missing an item, please reach out to info@sublimationtumblers.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order with pictures and/or video of your defective item or a picture of your packing slip for missing items. Item will be replaced by way of store credit. Items outside of this time period will not be credited or replaced.
